Applications are now open for the 2027 PSG Financial Services Graduate Programme, a career-launching opportunity for ambitious South African graduates ready to gain real-world experience in the financial services industry.

The PSG Financial Services Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate professional growth through meaningful work exposure, structured on-the-job learning, and a strong focus on both technical and soft-skills development. Participants gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced industry specialists in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.

This programme is ideal for graduates who are driven, curious, and ready to take responsibility early in their careers. PSG offers a supportive structure that helps young professionals transition confidently from academia into the workplace.

Applicants must hold a valid South African ID and have achieved a minimum academic average of 65 percent. Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s, Honours, Master’s, or PhD qualification in Commerce, Engineering, or Science disciplines.

Accepted Commerce-related qualifications include Accounting, Economics and Econometrics, Finance, Financial Planning, Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, Investments, and Law. Engineering qualifications considered include Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Science qualifications include Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistical Sciences, Applied Mathematics, and Data Science.

Applicants are required to submit a certified copy of their South African ID, a comprehensive curriculum vitae, and a complete and up-to-date academic record. Incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified.

Successful candidates will be offered a 12-month fixed-term graduate contract with structured workplace training, continuous technical and soft-skills development, and access to a dedicated mentorship and buddy system. Graduates also benefit from competitive employee benefits and may be considered for permanent employment based on performance during the programme.
