First National Bank (FNB) is offering a robust entry point for young South Africans through its 2026 Graduate Programme. Known for its innovation in digital banking, FNB provides a structured pathway for graduates to transition into permanent professional roles. This program is not just a training exercise but a full-time career launchpad where participants work on mission-critical projects in areas ranging from credit analytics to user experience design.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be South African citizens.
  • Candidates must be in their final year of a relevant university degree or recent graduates.
  • Preferred disciplines include Actuarial Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, and Commerce.
  • A strong academic record is essential (academic transcripts must be provided).
  • Applicants should possess an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • For specific tracks like Private Banking & Advisory (PB&A), residency in or around Sandton may be required.
