The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling property offerings. This includes generating leads, managing client relationships, organizing property inspections, and successfully closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and investors
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through excellent service
- Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction

- Manage and update property listings across digital platforms

Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience handling high-value property transactions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
