They are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in Taraba.

Job Overview

  • Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
  • Location: Taraba, Nigeria
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Field: Real Estate, Sales & Business Development

The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling property offerings. This includes generating leads, managing client relationships, organizing property inspections, and successfully closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and investors
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through excellent service
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date real estate insights
  • Identify emerging investment opportunities within the market
  • Manage and update property listings across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional content
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Provide insights on customer preferences to improve offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience handling high-value property transactions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for real estate
