Young women passionate about leadership, advocacy, and creating meaningful change in their communities now have an exciting global opportunity to grow their impact. Applications are officially open for the 2026 NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship, a fully funded international leadership program designed to empower emerging female leaders from around the world.

Organized by United Leaders Global, the fellowship seeks to equip women with the leadership skills, mentorship, and global exposure needed to drive sustainable social impact in their communities and beyond.

The six-month online fellowship will bring together 100 outstanding young women from different countries for intensive leadership training, mentorship, and collaborative learning experiences.

About the NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship 2026

The NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship is a global initiative focused on developing women leaders who are committed to solving social challenges and advancing positive change. The program combines practical leadership development with mentorship and real-world project implementation.

Participants will gain access to leadership workshops, professional coaching, international networking opportunities, and educational resources that support both personal and professional growth.
