Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships 2026, applicants must:

• Be enrolling in France for the first time (excluding exchange programs, Erasmus Mundus joint degrees without a French degree, internships, or language programs)
• Be under 30 years old in the year of application
• Not receive other funding exceeding €600 per month
• Not combine this scholarship with:
  • France Excellence Eiffel
  • France Excellence Europa
  • Erasmus Mundus scholarships
• Be admitted into a Master’s (M1 or M2) program at Université Paris-Saclay

M1 scholarship recipients automatically continue funding into M2 if they successfully complete required credits.

• Coordinators review admitted students.
• Selected candidates receive an email invitation with a link to apply for the scholarship.
• References (professor, course coordinator, or internship supervisor) may be requested.
• Candidates receive confirmation of reference submission but cannot view recommendation content.

Step 3: Selection by Scholarship Jury

Applications are reviewed by a jury from the graduate schools.
