Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis
- Identify funding opportunities aligned with ITU priorities
- Analyze donor trends and financing mechanisms
Resource Mobilization Strategy
- Support the development of fundable project concepts

Partnership Development
- Engage stakeholders across governments, private sector, and development agencies
- Map funding ecosystems and partnership opportunities
Proposal Development
- Draft concept notes, funding proposals, and partnership briefs
Stakeholder Engagement

Coordination and Reporting

- Familiarity with the UN system is desirable
