The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026 is one of the top Federal Government of Nigeria job opportunities for unemployed graduates seeking paid work placement in Nigeria.

The programme is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It was created to tackle graduate unemployment in Nigeria by connecting young, talented graduates to 12-month paid jobs in public and private sector organizations across the country.

NJFP serves as a bridge between school and employment, helping fresh graduates gain real work experience, employability skills, mentorship, and financial support while preparing for long-term careers.

About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP)

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is designed to support fresh graduates in Nigeria who are currently unemployed and looking for entry-level jobs, graduate internships, or paid fellowships.

Selected fellows are placed in verified host organizations nationwide, where they gain hands-on experience, build professional networks, and develop skills that employers actively seek.

Eligibility Requirements for NJFP 2026

To apply for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality

    • Must be a Nigerian citizen

Education Qualification

    • Must be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or HND Certificate

    • Graduated not earlier than 2022

    • Open to graduates from all academic disciplines

Academic Requirement

    • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) for Bachelor’s degree holders

    • Minimum of Upper Credit (CGPA 3.00 and above) for HND holders

Age Requirement

    • Must be 30 years old or below

Employment Status

    • Must be currently unemployed

NYSC Requirement

    • Must have completed NYSC or have a valid NYSC Exemption Certificate

Skills & Career Commitment

    • Strong interest in a chosen career path

    • Willingness to contribute to Nigeria’s socio-economic development

    • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and time management

Required Documents

Applicants must upload the following documents during the NJFP application process:

    • Notarized Degree Certificate

    • NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter
