Applications Open for the Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Women in STEM Traineeship 2026

Young Nigerian women passionate about science, technology, engineering, mathematics, renewable energy, and climate action now have an exciting opportunity to gain practical industry experience through the Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Women in STEM Traineeship 2026.

The six-month traineeship programme is designed to equip recent women graduates and students in STEM fields with technical knowledge, professional development skills, and hands-on experience in the growing clean energy sector.

Participants will work alongside government officials, project partners, and industry experts while supporting initiatives that advance sustainable energy access and climate finance in Nigeria.

About the SEforALL Women in STEM Traineeship

The Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Women in STEM Traineeship is an affirmative programme created specifically to empower young Nigerian women interested in building careers in energy, climate finance, engineering, data science, policy, and sustainable development.

Who Can Apply?
