The programme is designed and delivered by activist scholars at the Human Rights Consortium. Students benefit from:

  • Teaching by internationally recognised academics and practitioners
  • Insights from guest human rights professionals
  • A curriculum grounded in scholarship and real-world experience

This ensures graduates develop both intellectual depth and practical capability.

2. Practice-Based and Career-Focused

Unlike purely theoretical programmes, the MA Human Rights adopts an applied approach, covering:

4. Build an International Network

Through the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), students:

  • Engage with peers across continents
  • Exchange regional perspectives on human rights issues
